Signature dishes include a fabulous fillet of roasted silver cod over tender stalks of gai lan (Chinese broccoli) in honey and champagne, roasted duck served in bite-size slices with crisped skin with a savory soy sauce, and red snapper with a spicy scallion soy sauce. Service is professional with the exception of one or two aloof types who slipped through the screens. Your best bet is to go with a group of people if you can so you can share dishes. Just watch the drinks -- that's where they always get you.
