Appreciate the Pan-Asian style added to what used to be simple yet real Cantonese fares at today’s featured Miami resto.
An Order of Fujian Soup
Creating a menu that is full of amazingly delectable Chinese fares is something that Hakkasan has effortlessly succeeded in.
Expect more vegetarian and seafood meals in its bill of fare, with char grilled silver cod with Chinese honey and champagne, scallop-and-shrimp dim sum as well as Szechuan-style braised eggplant running the gamut. Find out more about Hakkasan, wherein Chinese food starts at $18, in this review provided on travel-centered website, called Frommer’s:
Signature dishes include a fabulous fillet of roasted silver cod over tender stalks of gai lan (Chinese broccoli) in honey and champagne, roasted duck served in bite-size slices with crisped skin with a savory soy sauce, and red snapper with a spicy scallion soy sauce. Service is professional with the exception of one or two aloof types who slipped through the screens. Your best bet is to go with a group of people if you can so you can share dishes. Just watch the drinks -- that's where they always get you.
